Recipe: Steak with Coffee Salt Classic


  • 2 pieces of steak of your choice (e.g. beef tenderloin, rib-eye or New York strip).
  • 2 tablespoons CoffeeSalt - Classic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme), chopped
Mix the CoffeeSalt - Classic, olive oil, black pepper and minced garlic in a bowl to make a spicy marinade.
Rub the marinade evenly on both sides of the steak pieces. If desired, sprinkle the chopped fresh herbs on top as well.
Place the marinated steak pieces in a sealable plastic bag or coverable bowl and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to soak in.
When it's time to cook, you can cook the steak your preferred way - for example, on the grill, in a skillet, or in the oven.
Let the steak rest for a few minutes after cooking to allow the juices to distribute.
