Rezept: Garnelen mit Kaffeesalz Mango & Chili


  • 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp coffee-salt-mango/chili (or adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (optional)
  • Fresh lemon or lime to serve
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)




Rinse the shrimp thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, mix the shrimp with the coffee-salt-mango/chili so that they are evenly seasoned.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil. If desired, add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.

Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan and fry over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Be careful not to over fry them so they stay tender and juicy.

Arrange the fried shrimp on a serving plate and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice.

Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro, if desired.

The coffee-salt-mango/chili spice gives the shrimp a unique and spicy touch. Enjoy your meal!
