Recipe: Potato Wedges Coffee Salt Raspberry

Ingredients for the potato wedges:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons coffeeSalt meets raspberry


Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection).
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them lengthwise into wedges.
Put the potato wedges in a large bowl and mix them with the olive oil. Mix until all the potato wedges are well moistened with olive oil. Then add the spices and coffee salt meets raspberry to the bowl and mix evenly.
Lay out the seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so that they do not overlap.
Bake the potato wedges for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
