Rezept: Pasta mit Kaffeesalz Mango

Recipe: Pasta with Coffee Salt Mango


  • 250g spaghetti
  • 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional, depending on desired spiciness)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Coffee Salt Mango
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)



Cook the spaghetti in a large pot with a little salted water until al dente.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the thinly sliced garlic cloves. Fry them lightly until golden brown and fragrant. (Be careful not to burn the garlic or it will turn bitter).
If you like, you can now add the red chili flakes and fry them briefly.
Once the pasta is al dente, add it to the pan with the garlic oil and mix well to absorb the flavors.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the pasta and mix everything again.
Serve the pasta with a pinch of CoffeeSalt Mango (to taste) and optional grated Parmesan as a topping.
